Cash flow is the sum of cash flow from operations, cash flow from investing and cash flow from financing. It reflects the change in company’s cash over a given period. Cash flow per Share (CFPS) is a representation of an amount of cash generated by company per one company’s share.

Cash flow is important signal for investors. Positive cash flow shows that company generates cash, negative cash flow may indicate that company has some problems.
